For terms such as CIF/DDP, we will handle customs clearance at the destination port (you may need to provide supporting documents). Our cooperating logistics partners have rich experience and can ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the goods to the port you specify. 

After placing the order, you will have a dedicated customer manager. He will regularly update you on the production progress, quality inspection reports, and logistics information (such as container number, bill of lading number, flight number, etc.). You can also contact him at any time to inquire about the latest status.
