The MOQ varies depending on the specific product. Since we need to purchase from the factory, the factory usually sets the MOQ. However, as a trading company, we often have the ability to provide you with a lower MOQ than directly contacting the factory by consolidating orders or negotiating with the factory. Samples are usually free of charge, but you need to cover the shipping cost. For high-value products, we might charge a sample cost fee, which is usually refundable after the confirmation of the bulk order. For specific policies, please communicate with your account manager. 

The delivery time depends on the complexity of the product, the degree of customization, and the factory's schedule. Generally, standard products take 10-15 days, while customized products take 15-30 days or longer. Before you place your order, we will provide you with an accurate estimated delivery time (ETD). 

Yes, we can! We offer comprehensive logistics services, including booking shipping containers for sea, air, and land transportation. For terms such as CIF/DDP, we will handle customs clearance at the destination port (you may need to provide supporting documents). Our cooperating logistics partners have rich experience and can ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the goods to the port you specify.
