For terms such as CIF/DDP, we will handle customs clearance at the destination port (you may need to provide supporting documents). After placing the order, you will have a dedicated customer manager. He will regularly update you on the production progress, quality inspection reports, and logistics information (such as container number, bill of lading number, flight number, etc.).
