Samples are usually free of charge, but you need to cover the shipping cost. For high-value products, we might charge a sample cost fee, which is usually refundable after the confirmation of the bulk order. For specific policies, please communicate with your account manager. 

The MOQ varies depending on the specific product. Since we need to purchase from the factory, the factory usually sets the MOQ. However, as a trading company, we often have the ability to provide you with a lower MOQ than directly contacting the factory by consolidating orders or negotiating with the factory. Please inform us of your requirements, and we will do our best to meet them. 

Our quotations are usually FOB prices. This means the quotations cover the product cost, domestic transportation fees, port charges, as well as shipping and insurance fees. The quotation sheet will clearly list all the details to ensure there are no hidden charges. 

We accept payment through methods such as wire transfer, Paypal, escrow, Western Union, bank transfer, and other methods can be negotiated. 

The deposit is mainly used to reserve production capacity with the factory and purchase raw materials. This is both a standard practice in the industry and ensures that we can secure your order and production schedule, protecting the rights and interests of both parties. 

The delivery time depends on the complexity of the product, the degree of customization, and the factory's schedule. Generally, standard products take 10-15 days, while customized products take 15-30 days or longer. Before you place your order, we will provide you with an accurate estimated delivery time (ETD). 

Yes, we can! We offer comprehensive logistics services, including booking shipping containers for sea, air, and land transportation. For terms such as CIF/DDP, we will handle customs clearance at the destination port (you may need to provide supporting documents). Our cooperating logistics partners have rich experience and can ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the goods to the port you specify. 

After placing the order, you will have a dedicated customer manager. He will regularly update you on the production progress, quality inspection reports, and logistics information (such as container number, bill of lading number, flight number, etc.). You can also contact him at any time to inquire about the latest status.
